If your University has a formal exchange agreement
with University of Ankara, you can apply as an exchange student. The admission
of exchange is granted to those students who are qualified to the chosen course
of study and recommended by their home university on an exchange basis.
1. The Erasmus coordinator of your faculty/school
need to send an e-mail to our Departmental Erasmus
Coordinator with
the students that have been nominated as exchange students to University of
Ankara. The e-mail should include the Name and the E-mail address of the
Student
2. You should send the following documents, to our Erasmus
office by post or via e-mail.
Essential information for Erasmus students
Before leaving your
home country:
Be sure to take any
documents necessary to be admitted to Ankara university.
1. Statement from home University, certifying that you are an Erasmus student in Faculty of
Pharmacy, Ankara University
2. Application Form for incoming Erasmus students.
3. The European Health Insurance (E111 or E128);
4. Identity Card and Passport.
5. Before you leave home be sure that you organised
Accommodation, Budgeting, Financial Requirements, Health, Language Preparation,
etc. To make these requirements please contact with us for more information.
6 .After you have been accepted as a LLP/Erasmus
Student by our University, please keep in touch with Erasmus
Coordinator of
the Pharmacy Faculty.
7. After receiving via e-mail or post) the Letter
of Acceptance you must arrange accommodation, your ticket to travel.
8. Inform Erasmus Coordinator about the exact date
of your arrival
9. Prepare a clearly readable copy of your passport
/ ID-card
10. Prepare a copy of valid health insurance papers
or European Health Card (for EU-members), covering your entire period of study
at A.U Faculty of Pharmacy
What to bring before your arrival
When you arrive in
Ankara:
1. Apply to the Erasmus Office of your University.
2. Contact with your Erasmus Coordinator
Before you leave
Be sure that you have returned all books to the
library
Inform your Coordinator about all required
documents. All documents (e.g Transcript of Records, Learning Agreement etc)
will be sent to your University approximately three weeks after the
examinations have finished.
